Craver Industry For The Vehicle
A certified company (iso9001) for standard and safety products. (part of AVSQ94) that has been present on the national and international spare parts market since 1967. The large number of clients both in Italy that in the world (more than 70 countries in: Europe, Africa, central America, south America and Asia use Craver products), allow the company to expand and evolve rapidly using the best planning and production technology.
The Craver vehicle industry, a constantly growing company, has evolved from a company producing brake systems to a company producing complete installations and components for industrial and commercial vehicles.

Design:
The company has highly qualified engineers and technicians, experienced in the automotive industry. They can design and develop products tailor made for individual clients.
Servo-clutches ,slave cylinders ,operating brake cylinders, levelling valves , for buses and industrial vehicles- hydro assisted pumps - complete braking systems for lorry cabs - for articulated and semi-articulated lorries - electronic control systems for the lifting of the 3rd axle - these are some examples of our production of our designer's experience.

Laboratory:
The company has a complete internal laboratory to check all incoming raw materials before and during the production process: aluminium alloy, rubber, iron materials, galvanising and thermal procedures are some examples.

Foundry:
There is also an internal foundry for light alloys. It has a new furnace electronically controlled and a robot for the casted parts. The company can therefore cast its own products and monitor the entire production process including safety products.

Mechanical Production:
A wide range of utility machinery such as numerically controlled lathe, work centres for pallet change, internal filling holes automation , transfers, grinding , allow a dynamic working of the products.

Assembly:
A completely automated washing machine (a wash cycle, a dry cycle and a protective treatment for cast-iron and iron products) guarantees that the products arrive in the assembly lines in perfect
conditions; isolated areas allow the quality of the Craver products.

Testing:
All products are rigorously tested to the strictest safety standards with an electronic system with 85 work stations.

Prototype:
At the end of each single project a prototype model of the product is made (the testing area is within the company buildings) to test the product before production start.
All tests are carried out inside, in special test areas, following the test standards of the main production companies.
